  1. Great video thanks 😊 I have also been comping for about 20 years and have won some great prizes over the years but also had some long dry spells. Watched this video to give me a refresh to help me kick start 2021 and start winning some great prizes 😊 going to try at least 2 creative comps a month. Thanks again xx

    1. Good luck! The creative ones do take a little more time, but are fun to do and give you a much better chance of winning! Let me know how you get on.

  2. These are fantastic tips! and this is such an important topic to be discussing at the moment, I really enjoyed the video!

  3. Hello, I somehow found my way here from googling ‘Chances of winning an ITV Competition’
I never thought of entering competitions as a hobby, but with all these lookdowns etc I think I’ll give it a try. Thanks 😀
P.S Do you have a Discord channel ?
P.P.S Is ‘Di’ short for ‘Diet’🤣 (Because I bet you’ve never heard that before) Sorry😬

    1. Good luck with your comping! Di’s short for Diana of course…. and I use Discord, but only so I can chat on the K-Pop servers!

  4. I was big into comping a couple of years ago and won SO much stuff in the few months I was active, £1000 in furniture, £1000 to spend at Debenhams and a champagne dinner, £200 Amazon voucher and loads of other bits and bobs like books etc. I honestly don’t know why I stopped!! I’m definitely getting back into it!

    1. I really think some people are luckier than others. I did around 50 to 100 competitions a week for about 14 years and only won a water butt which I didn’t really need. I’ve wondered if some competitions are biased against men or people who are getting on a bit, but who knows.

    1. Yes, that would be an essential element of T&Cs if the prize can only be won by someone who lives locally, or can collect! The CAP Code says all essential T&Cs must be made clear in the initial advert/post. Lots of promoters forget to mention this.

    2. @Di Coke could you check this out for me Di please @Nibble and Pickle and @Mc Dougall McQueen Mother’s Day comp?
